POLICY DETAILS

Refund & Cancellation Questions

Project deposits may be non-refundable once work has started or resources have been allocated to the project. Any applicable refund will depend on the agreed project terms and the stage of work.

If a project is cancelled after work has started, Webcomelite may retain amounts corresponding to work completed, time spent, resources allocated, approved expenses, and applicable third-party costs.

Generally, payments relating to work that has already been completed, delivered, approved, or made available to the client may not be refundable.

The specific treatment may depend on the project agreement and applicable circumstances.

Third-party expenses such as domain registration, hosting, premium plugins, software subscriptions, advertising spend, external services, licenses, or payment processing fees may not be refundable.

Delays caused by missing content, approvals, access, feedback, payments, or other client dependencies may affect the project schedule.

Such delays do not automatically create a right to a refund for work already completed or resources already allocated.

If Webcomelite is unable to continue a project for reasons within our control, we may review the project status and applicable payments and determine any eligible refund according to the agreed terms.

Approved refunds will normally be processed through the original or an appropriate payment method, subject to the capabilities and policies of the relevant payment provider.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Clients are encouraged to contact Webcomelite first regarding billing concerns or refund requests so that the matter can be reviewed and resolved where possible.

Unauthorized or disputed transactions may be handled through the applicable payment provider's dispute process and any relevant contractual rights.

Requests made after delivery will be reviewed based on the project agreement, delivered work, acceptance, outstanding obligations, and any applicable refund terms.

Please contact Webcomelite through the official contact channel associated with your project and provide your name, project information, payment details where appropriate, and the reason for your request.

We will review the request and respond according to the applicable project terms.
